"called RSI to get a quote on an air conditioner for my rental property, they were a little higher priced than my lowest bid. I went with the low bidder and paid a hefty price. After the company installed my unit, and took my money my renter smelled a strange odor from the crawl space! I couldn't get them to answer the phone and I didn't know what to do. I called Randall from RSI and he came out and told me they had done such a poor job installing my furnace that it was unsafe to use it. The furnace was leaking fumes underneath my house because they didn't even put the right vent on it! I told Randall to take the unit out and to install one properly. RSI removed the old unit, and properly installed a new one for me. I'll never use another company again! Lesson learned."
